I've lived here for over 5 years now and it not bad. I enjoy living here and will probbably continue to live here as long as the rentes stay reasonable. Even though it is not the most up-to-date apartments It's close to my job and the subway and i am very comfortable here. The community has had many office employees since the new company has taken over about 3 or 4 years ago. THe staff that is in the office now and the maint staff are really good. Maintenance responds to my issues, when I have them and the office knows me by name and they are always pleasant.

I've read other reviews on this site and usually the people that complain are problems anyway and cause their own issues.
Maybe they are the one that are really the "trifling negroes" and not the neighbors. People alway write the negative and never the positive.

I like my home.

LOL, you gotta be freaking kidding me! If the U.S. Government really wanted to torture terror suspects, they would have sent them to live at LaSalle Park and not Guantanamo Bay! Ms. Childs, is that you that wrote this garbage?? You really gotta do better than that.... Anyways, I've moved on to a bigger and much nicer place since then. I feel sorry for the poor saps still doomed to live in that glorified slum.
