Here's the list!

- In a 2 yr period I have been robbed twice in the parking lot! When I called to inform MGMT she stated " not their prob, call the police"
- Have been followed by a wacky Comcast Tech, who actually follow me to my apt until I went to gt my husband then he quickly walked off! When I called to notify MGMT she stated " why are you calling us' Did you call the police'"
-NOTHING on the move in checklist has bee fixed yet! It's been 2yrs
- I have been requesting a screen for the patio door for 2 yrs now!
- When I first moved in the was a temporary soft rubber tube w/a clamp keeing my bathroom sink from leaking, well it didn't work and it's still there. Now the bottom of that shelf buckles in because it stayed wet until my husband tighten it.
- the chain on the front door was soooo long I could just reach in and unlatch it myself, so I had to put a screw though the links and shorten it myself!
- My bdrm window is double pane and the first sliding window doesn't even fit the frame it's just sitting in the frame being help up by the blinds, so if I open the blinds all the way the WHOLE window will fall out!
- Closet door has been broken since move in, I keep it open!
- Basement lights are alway blown out, because the HOODRATS are down there smoking weed!
- MICE! MICE! MICE! MICE!, in the apt and hallways!
- There a a nasty A$$ ROOSTER around the neighborhood for several weeks waking people up @ 4am everyday! No one knew where it came from and MGMT never called animal control!
- Only 1 parking pass per apt and there are just a few visitor spaces and they are all around the park with is a LONG walk to the back of the apt!
- Here are a list of things that have mysteriously disappeared: ipod(broken anyway! LOL) DVD's, cd's, Coach hand bag, back up battery to my husband drill and a dollar and some change on the counter. Now I can't prove someone was in my apt so I never reported it, but when things start going missing you start to wonder!
- Reported a A/C problem, Bobby came to fix it but decided to write on the back of my PEPCO bill " there is nothing wrong with your unit, BOBBY" how professional is that!

I have been living on Chillum Rd for 30yrs and it has never been this bad. Almost all of my maintenance request have been submitted several times and nothing has happen not even a call back! From Chillum Rd looking in it looks decent but when you enter a build or apt you'll change your mind! It's seems that MGMT's priorities are way off, they want it to look good from the outside but dont give a ---- about the inside!

Hmm...must suck. I can understand your frustration in the apartment. However your a FOOL to think management can *do something when you were robbed in the parking lot. UUUHHH...Call the police. Management cannot act as law enforcements carrying guns, questiong people, guarding the parking lot. Thats call ILLEGAL! You should have called the police first...what can managemt do short of passing ot a letter to the community and apoligizing??????

It's really funny how defensive you are about management! You must be on of the dumb B**ches that work there!! Maybe the point being made was they were never ask if they were ok or anything! I live here also and have experience some of the same issues! When your wrong your wrong! FIX WHAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED!! The whole staff sucks not just 1 person, when you have a unprofessional in charge what do you think the rest of the staff will be like! I think I'm going to call 7 on your side and have them come take a look around!!! Maybe your lazy A$$ will get up and do something!

I agree with you Lasalle Park is totally unprofessional and most of all the crime rate has tripled since we have lived there and from what Ive been hearing it will not get any better. When we first moved there it was a good neighborhood you could actually send your kids outside without them someone doing drugs or stealing cards but the last year we started getting roaches from our nieghbors from beside us so we had to go and a hoodrat that live beneath us moved in that I assumed was getting housing because she was never at work. We stayed in 5419
