The area is very beautiful, however the grounds and buildings are kept up only moderately. The hallway doors are always broken and full of children to walk over with vulgar language. The adults hang out on the property, drinking alcohol and abusing substances. Maintenance takes 3 weeks to respond to request. Vehicles are stolen or towed from the parking lots often. The neighbors do not respect themselves, the property or one another. The staff is slow and unresponsive and often uninformed or misinformed. House and property rules are not only broken by the tenants but by the staff as well. The structure of the building is deplorable. Some tenants are allowed pets and live in guest despite the fact that it is clearly against the lease. There is a rumor that the property is being sold and will be shut down taken over by new management and remodeled. That is an idea whose time has come.

I too heard they were shutting this complex down. I heard they were going to do the same thing to this complex that they did with the Ivy club. They used to be complex called Washington Heights. Which was far worse than Nalley. But now Nalley has taken that title.
