I've been here since Nov. 2008 and I love it!! If you are looking for something cheap, spacious, and renovated, Cameron Pointe is the place to be. This is my first apartment too (I have a 2bdrm, they don't have dens). I really do enjoy it except when the school lets out thats down the street, the kids jump on the guard rail while you are pulling up and trying to come through the gate. They wont move when they see you. I watched all of them walk from school today and noticed they all live across from the rental officem the last 2 building (parents get mad when you say something to them about their kids and when you evict them because of your kids, they complain. Get your kids!!!) But besides that it's cool.

They say pets are not allowed but I see people with dogs, so if the people before you can have a pet, so can you.

I'm kind of annoyed because in my apartment, the people below me run a orgy house. YES!!! A "ORGY HOUSE!!!" They have no furniture IN their apt but the staged patio furniture outside. Every couple a nights out of a week a different people come in and out of that apartment and i can hear ALL of their Lion King play going on. I HATE IT!!! I know it's their business but it becomes mine when my four year old cousin comes in my room and says "its a lady downstairs who keeps screaming saying f*ck me and the guy makes bear noises." Now that is disturbing. But besides those 2 issues, it's great over here!!

I'm confused...a neighbor of mines told me that all you have to pay here is electric. However, your statement says that you pay gas, water and electric which is what I assumed anyway. But you say they arent based on income but that you have to make a certain amount??? I dont understand.. I do however agree that they need to work on the outside. The apts across the street Ivy Club finished everything and then let people move in... I think they should have done the same..

I looked at these as well. I didnt like the outsides and did feel it was tacky to begin renting units when they havent finished the outsides or the interior of the buildings. Also that is Corian not Granite on the countertops.. For the most part they didnt look bad inside the ACTUAL unit at all, cute really compared to what they were previously. In the end I ended up renting a house and not applying. And I was told I would have only been responsible for electric as well. Go check them out and make your own decision.

I currently live here but just for another month. They are really nice I am only moving to move into a house. But for right now it is electric they will add gas and water later once evrything is finished. It will say so in your lease.

I am the author of that big review but overall, how do you feel about living there? are you comfortable, parking, noise, anyone hanging outside late at night, any car break-ins

I'm a old resident @ Nalley and I didn't like it it ALL . For number 1 they never had vistor parking and I feel if you pay all this money to live @ Nalley it should be vistor parking. what happen for the hoildays of if you have a little get together. I know for a fact they had mices real bad. I hope they closed all up around the woods becuase it was a cut and that was where all the bad guys was getting threw. NALLEY WAS VERY VERY BAD PEOPLE HUNG OUT ALL DAY LONG AND THE PG POLICE DIDN'T DO NOTHING AND IT WAS A HIGH DRUG SPOT. I remember people used to stand out side and talk about the staff his name waa curtis ( painter) he was taking things out of people apartments and would try to give the ladys money for SEX if he think they needed MONEY.... Curis pride on single women with kids. The apartments used to have lots of room and the masterbedroom was big, I can't see that now with a full size washer and dryer. GOOD LUCK .....
