I have lived at Cameron Pointe since 2008, and I have NO problems at all, this is an upcoming development that has alot in store for their community. The management team is GREAT, they treat their residents like family, they will try to work with you any way they can as long as you are upfront with them. The Maintenace team is friendly, if there is an issue with anything you dont have to wait all day for them to come out, they get the job done. The utilities is not that expensive, my gas/water bill is only $60 a month & the electric is only $80 a month, so this is perfect and I have washer/dryer in my unit as well as dishwasher, ceiling fan, walkin closet, etc. Everything you need & not have to go out for anything but groceries. And we have a secure gate to keep us all secured and on top of that we have a police officer whom by the way is so nice & greets everyone he sees, he keeps us safe in the evening after the rental office closes. SO THERE IS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT WHEN YOU LIVE HERE!!! :-) #1 I live at the bottom floor & have never seen any pest, so you know Cameron Pointe is the BEST, I plan on staying until I get a house and only if all the staff stays as well. SO whoever had an issue with it, they are just MAD because they are probably the ones who got kicked out for not paying their rent, the staff is FRIENDLY but they are also about BUSINESS like any other community, but you get GOOD QUALITY here!
