I reside @ Cameron Pointe and absolutely love it, I feel like I am a hotel...this is my first apartment and have had no complaints, I feel very safe w a young child and love the amenities here, Brittany in the leasing office is great and overall I would recommend this complex to anyone. Although the pool & tot lot wont be ready till next Spring...It is definetly Landover's best kept secret.

I've been here since Nov. 2008 and I love it also. This is my first apartment too (I have a 2bdrm, they don't have dens). I really do enjoy it except when the school lets out thats down the street, the kids jump on the guard rail while you are pulling up and they wont move when they see you. I watched all of them walk from school today and noticed they all live across from the rental office (parents get mad when you say something to thim about their kids and when you evict them because of your kids, they complain. Get your kids!!!) But besides that it's cool. I'm kind of annoyed because in my apartment, the people below me run a orgy house. YES!!! A "ORGY HOUSE!!!" They have no furniture IN their apt but the staged patio furniture outside. Every couple a nights out of a week a different people come in and out of that apartment and i can hear ALL of their Lion King play going on. I HATE IT!!! I know it's their business but it becomes mine when my four year old cousin comes in my room and says "its a lady downstairs who keeps screaming saying f*ck me and the guy makes bear noises." Now that is disturbing. But besides those 2 issues, it's great over here!!

WOW!!!! I would complain to management on the ORGY parties, that is ridiculous...The kids are a lil unruly the livein front of the rental office but its getting cold so they will be inside for a few months:) I hope things get better w your neighbors
