Years at this apartment: 1990 - 2002

Overlook is an old apartment complex. Therefore, something is always broken -- the roof leaks; the hot water pipes burst,etc. In addition, it seems as though management no longer screens tenants carefully. Some new tenants find it necessary to throw trash in the halls and on the lawn; hang out in the halls and in front of the buildings. We often hear gun shots -- this has been going on for years. Overall, the rent is too high for the quality (or lack of)of these apartments.
