Overlook Apartments

Water leaks, ghetto neighbors and lying rental office! From: hzpumpkin Date posted: 3/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2004   I've lived in Overlook for approximately ten years and I've been displaced a number of three times. My hot water pipes continue to leak, it's nothing for my back door to flood causing my entire dinning room to be flooded and on top of all that we have a leasing agent that is absolutely unconcerned. I mean they try to pretend as if they're concerned but their LIES always end up catching up with them! Now onto the outside element.....GHETTO! Young hoodlums, thugs or street people find Overlook to be their "home away from home". These people hang out in front of your buildings for what seems like always!! You literally have to step over them to get into your house. These children are either smoking marijuana, shooting craps, or riding dirt bikes through the lawn. It's ridiculous! I guess for the amount of money I pay, I really can't complain.....a cool one thousand monthly....I guess I need to pay two thousand to live comfortably (who knows'!')
