After THREE notes to the rental office of the problems occurring in my apartment home I finally just went crazy one day and began beating the ceiling! After living in this apartment for well over five years
I have never been so displeased with the caliber of neighbors than I am now. After my initial complaint to the rental office, a meeting was set with my neighbors, the rental office and myself to discuss a resolution to the noise problem. Needless to say, that meeting never took place. I was not informed why the meeting didn?t happen, I just endured the noise level day in and day out. Subsequently, another meeting was made but again this too fell through. I have sent in two written complaints to the rental office to no avail and on top of all of this, have personally gone to my upstairs apartment home to ask for noise relief. Yes, the problem is remedied for the moment, sometimes for the day, but the next day it sounds as if the children are jumping, throwing items on the floor, the music level returns to a ridiculous level and the television is so loud, it?s as if I?m sitting in their home. Don't do it to yourself if you don't have to. The rental office manager will LIE and say she'll do something about noise levels but believe me....it's all a LIE!!!!
People should be allowed to enjoy their space but after 10:00pm each night I should be allowed to enjoy a peaceful sleep.
