Looking to move in...need HONEST opinion about Overlook

Most of the review I read from 2006 indicated negative things about Overlook; and since 2006 there haven't been any comments about Overlook (I don't know if that is a GOOD or BAD thing). If anyone happens to run pass this inquiry, could you please give me your HONEST opion about Overlook today (2007). Is the management any better, is crime rate low, is maintenance up to par, are the toilets/draining systems still experiencing clogging, etc. From the outside they look like decent apartments; however, looks can be deceiving.
