If you are going to pay this much for an apartment they're should be something decent about it. There isn't! The AC works when it wants to. According to management, sometimes the AC doesn't work if it isn't hot enough outside and apparently 78 degrees isn't hot enough. Your apartment door is right next to your neighbors and it's hard to tell who's door someone is knocking on. You can hear everything. Every morning I had to listen to my neighbor argue with her boyfriend (at 7:00 a.m)
You get two parking passes (a regular pass and a visitor's pass) but I had two cars so I had to use both, so forget about having a friend over. If you don't have a pass your car WILL be towed.
I sent in my rent 20 cents short once and they sent it back saying they couldn't accept it. They wanted a check or moneyorder for 20 cents and if I didn't have it by the exact due date it would be a $30 late fee. FOR 20 CENTS. This place is PETTY and if you want your money's worth go somewhere else.
