Mgmt sucks they are unprofessional and rude. The maintenance staff are just the same. I tried hard not to deal with the mrg. (Lisa) she had a serious attitude problem, after moving out they charged me $500 for carpet damage that was already there when I moved in..I put my move-in sheet in the drop box a couple of days after I moved in and they "never got it". I would not recommend moving here ever. If you decide to, make sure your building is not attached to 3404. Me and my neighbors all had huge mouse issues..I caught 3 myself...And when I called the office they pretended not to know of the problem but after talking to others in the building (who are long time resident) they have had several complaints about that buildings infestation.
I had to call the office on several occasions to have them clean my hallway because my rowdy neighbors continued to have family reunion type parties in the common areas which involved them leaving bear cans and candy wrappers in my hallway, needless to say it took them days to accomplish that task also.
On top of all this... Someone stole the tags off of my car and the tow company towed my car because my back tag/stickers were missing. When I called the office they told me they dont have anything to do with the tow company and I was on my own. So I had to pay $180 to get my car back. Then I had to pay additional $20 to replace my tags. I will never recommend this property or any other RAM Managed property.
