I recently lived in Queestown apartments and Cheverly Crossing is truly a step up. I pay a lil more in rent then the other place but it is well worth it. I have not had any real run ins with the managment because the only time they see me is when Im dorpping off the rent. Other then that they have been real nice.
Maintenance is ok.. they are a lil slow at times but I see it as they have to man the whole lot so I am patient.
The children in this complex are ok. I moved in during the summer so they were out in front of my house with skate boards, but Im a mother and I know that children like to play. I never hear any loud noise besides the lady over top of me when she is in the bedroom the floor creeks a lil but it is not bad.
I love the fact that I have a patio so I can grill whenever I want to. Quick and easy meals.
Other then that from what I experince the area is real quite which is another plus to me.
I have not encountered and rodents, drug dealers or any corruption (knock on wood)
The real mistakes seem to be down the street.
