I lived at Cheverly Crossing for 4 months - couldn't take it any longer than that!! Cars are broken into and stolen constantly or towed because the towing company the rental office hired wants to make money. The resident manager (Lisa) is totally unprofessional and is dumb as a rock. She posted signs about the water being turned off for repairs and letters asking you to refer your friends to live there for a $200 discount off your rent that had typos all over them! You call her about the teenagers loitering in the halls and people parking on the complex to buy, sell or smoke drugs and she says call the police - the police come (maybe) and say to tell the manager because they've left by the time the police get there. I leased one bedroom on special($750 incl./utiliies) but was told I had to pay for carpet and padding or large area rugs and vertical blinds at the large balcony windows. Rip off!!! Yes, it's convenient if you have a car that's not stolen from you but location ISN'T everything. And don't get me started on the rats, mice and roaches. Take my advice - stay away. I moved three times in 6 months because I could't take it!!!
