All I can say is look some where else! You can pay a little bit more money some place else, keep your car, have carpet, and verticle blinds when you move in, and won't have to worry about RODENTS. Not flies, spiders, or roaches. RODENTS!!!

I have been living in the community for almost 1 year and I am moving as soon as the lease is up. My house is always clean, never saw a roach, until one night, got up for a mid night snake and saw two damn mice run across my floor. Called maintenance, and let's just say the problem was never resolved.

The manager (lisa) is rude, money grubbing, -----. I am a very nice person, but the momment you have a complaint about anything, she turns into a complete -----. There's no other way to put it.

Breakdown: If you don't want your car broken into at least 1-2 times per month, prefer to deal with professional leasing agents, do not want to pay for vertical blinds, like having water on a regular basis, like AC and heat, and do not like people doing drugs and having sex in the laudry room then don't move here....otherwise, enjoy!
