Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Thangs have not gotten any better we have a new owner donaldson group they will start chargeing gas and elec in febuary i already pay over 1100 a month in rent they have not notified anyone about this i found out when one of my co workers asked me about the apartments and she called and was told that rent and utliteds would be paid starting in febuary well my lease is up in march and i will start looking now if i find a apartment before then o well iwill break my lease i have a whole in my bathroom ceiling and my kitchen is infested with roaches and i find mice droppings all the time its time to go
