Anywhere you go your going to have some problems. I have lived in The former "Cheverly Terrace" now "Parke Cheverly" for the past 3 years. The apartments are spacious and the amenities are getting better. I have had problems with teenagers in my building but also have called the PG Police Department and notified the rental office verbally and have written several complaints. I have recieved a positive outcome which was an eviction letter for the leaseholders who allowed there company to disrespect our living area. Now as far as the mice and roaches, I do not have a mice problem. I have only seen 1 in the past 3 years since I have been on this property, and as far as roaches I have only seen a few but, they have pest control that come every two weeks. THE GAS AND ELETRIC IS BASED ON SQUARE FOOTAGE!!! The gas and electric is "minol" located in Texas which can be exspensive at times due to me only being home 8 hours at the most a day, at which time I am mostly sleep. My bill is around $150 to $200 a month. But everyone has to take in to consideration that "PEPCO" and "BGE" electric companies have gone up between 40-60 percent on utilities. Now days you can't live cheap. It is also convienent to routes 50, 202, 450, 295, 495. CURRENTLY THERE IS A PATISION FOR THE MINOL GAS AND ELECTRIC PRICING WITH PARKE CHEVERLY.

Are these the only concerns? We may be moving there next month and want to know EVERYTHING! We got a very bad deal where we are now.

Are they any current tenants that can give me a review as well. I am so very close to moving in there. Everyone seems to speak about the rodents and the gas and electric thing. Its starting to concern me a bit. Thanx

IF U CALL LIVING WIT RODENTS AND ROACHES NOT BAD THEN U R HAPPY WIT WERE U LIVE DONT MOVE TO PARKE CHEVERLY UNLESS U LOVE RODENTS BECAUSE THERE APARTMENTS R INFESTED WIT MICE TRUST AND BELIEVE DONT TAKE DIS AS NO JOKE!!!!!
