The day after I moved into Parker House Apts. I heard the scraping in my walls that I later found out were mice. My apartment was INFESTED!!! From that day forward until I moved out...the mice were making CONSTANT guest appearances!!! I made several reports to a very unresponsive management. I was finally released from my lease after I threatened to take legal action.

Not to mention that not ONE maintenance request I made during the months I lived there was actually paid attention to.

Car thieves prowl the neighborhood at night, break-in's are a common occurance. So is getting roughed up in the parking lot if you don't watch your back.

Don't do it!! You WILL be sorry!!!

BRAVO for you! I'm just surprise that other people who've complained haven't thought about doing the same as you did when it comes to breaking their lease.
