I lived at Parker House 5 years to long. Every complaint you read about is right. The mice problem is ridiculous. Some nights while watching TV I would see a gray mouse run by and hide behind the stove. Repair requests take a long time and if they do attempt to repair it is bad quality. Car break ins/Thefts are common. I have had my factory rims stolen, my windows broken 6-8 times, and have seen some cars set on fire in the back of the building. I can probably write a small book on my experiences there. Take my advice if you can find another location DO IT!!
