Not a great place for a family

If you are a college student or if this is your first place and don?t really care about where you live right now, as long as it?s affordable, then be my guest. However, if you are looking for something that is nice then don?t live at the towers. The front desk evening shift does not believe in customer service. They barely look at you when they are speaking and when you have a guest trying to get a parking pass they are asking questions and talking on the phone at the same time. Speaking of visitor parking, there are literally only 15 spots for parking which often leaves your guests nowhere to park when they come over. I understand the reason behind it, however I don?t understand how they have so many blank ones and can?t make those visitor spots as well. The elevator always has problems and doesn?t opporate appropriately, the water is always being shut off, people leave trash on the floor of the trash rooms which tend to make the hallways smell horrible when getting off the elevator. The security guard is too busy trying to hit on women instead of doing his job and which is to patrol the parking lot at night. Car alarms are almost always going off late at night, and people who drive up are always playing their music really loud in their cars. In the winter they do not use salt and sand in the parking lot when it snow's. If the snow melts and freezes at night...it is a homemade ice skating rink in the morning. Shall I continue...I just hope you know what you are doing if you are moving there. I thought a high-rise apartment style would be nicer than garden but this proved me wrong. I am going back to garden style and pay the extra bucks for a decent place to live.
