Although this complex is close to the mall, metro and supermarket; I would have to say management and their employees are extremely rude. I'm currently looking for a new place of residency not only due to management and their employees, but also due to the tenets. There are plenty of children that live on the premises which they vandalize the place. I hate to come home after a hard days work and see all types of writing on the walls not to mention the dirty carpet. They hang around the hallways and laundry room.

We used to have security presence around the building until management got too cheap to pay off duty officers to patrol the building.

IT WOULD DEFINATLEY BE A BAD MISTAKE.
