Beverly Goodwin is the property manager from hell. My ceiling leaked three times during my one-year lease, and when I asked her for the value of my water-damaged belongings, I was told that I should have moved them out of the way of the leak. Moreover, the building is not up to legal property standards, maintenance is underqualified to fix major issues, parking system is totally unorganized, front desk staff is rude,and the quality of their clientele is sub-standard and low-class as is the management in general.
