I am a current resident and have been several years. I have read the reviews about Plaza Towers and other properties. I think some are stretching it. Think about it. If anyone is having that much problems with management, roaches,maintenance etc. Why are you still there. Everyone has to complain about something. Again, I have not had problems with maintenace, community managers or roaches and still I live here and will be until I decide if I want to buy a house.
Oh, regarding the roaches, if everyone would read the signs in the trash rooms that reads PUT ALL TRASH DOWN THE CHUTE AND NOT ON THE FLOOR maybe we would not meet the roaches in the halls. Anyway, just everyone should just look at themselves in the mirror and wonder why they are living in a place that they are not happy with. I DO NOT GET IT.
To make a long story short I find Plaza Towers not a bad place to live.
