I have lived at Post Park for approximately 4 months and was one of the first residents to move in. I was unsure of how my experience would be as I was not familiar with Post and did not have any resident feedback to listen to. I am pleasantly surprised. The apartments are incredible. I have had friends over and everyone has loved the apartment. The staff is always super helpful and courteous. I can not think of a thing that has not been positive since my move.

How is the neighborhood? Is it in walking distance of the metro? I am considering moving here, but have not heard good reviews about Hyattsville in general.

It is walking distance to Metro. Hyattsville covers alot of ground all the way to Landover and perhaps beyond. PP is in one of the safest parts of Hyattsville. Before PP I lived about 1.5 miles away and never had a problem in this area. Its probably other parts, miles away, that might not be so desireable.
