I have been a resident at PG apartments for many years and I will say that the apartments have gone down since the management has changed. The roaches are outrageous whenever a tenant moves out or a new tenant moves in, the halls are not kept as clean as they once were, the laundry rooms are filthy. Maintenance is cordial and usually comes right away if there is a problem, the Resident Manager is coridal as well. Most of the residents are working class and family oriented. Parking can sometimes be tight. The surrounding areas are not that safe at night, so be careful if you are coming home or leaving out late at night.

I have been living in PG apartments for a little over a year and I am ready to move out. The roaches are crazy. The parking is crazy and trying to get the maintenance office to address the mold infestation in my apartment is the craziest. Yeah everyone is nice but nice does not keep things tidy. They just say they will get to it but they never do. And as far as spacious apartments, i wouldnt not count on it cause they are all small.
