I could go on and on but it is not even worth it. Let's see where to start, I know, LET'S START WITH that thing called a Manager. She is a HORRIBLE, NASTY, EVIL, Individual. She cares about no one but herself and will LIE,LIE,LIE,LIE,LIE,LIE,LIE,LIE about everthing going on.If you ask her to fix something she will come up with ever excuse in th book on why it has not been done yet. SHE SUCKS!!!!
Now Maintenace, guess what there is none. Unless you call that old man Mr. Joe Maintenace, don't get me wrong he is a nice person but he can not fix $#!$. Oh and another surprise he is the ONLY ONE,yea I said it that's as good as it will get 1 maintenace guys.
Apartments suck, dirty,bug motel, hotel, and hoilday inn oh and not to mention they have MICE to. That was my final straw. I am leaving as soon as I find something else. It is so bad I would not mind moving in someone elses place just until I can find something else.
Saftey, well my car was broke into once. The idiots just pulled my whole front radio out and set it on the seat cause they could not get it out. THe second time, yea it happened again they accomplised there mission. I even had a kill switch and a club. But this set of thiefs towed my car away, yea they did. They towed it back in the brentwood area and left it. They where going to come back and strip it but the cops found it first. Oh yea, and just recently some thiefs went on a break in spree, in broad day light.They back a truck up and unloaded an apt. t.v and everything. I heard the 3 tenants who where victims reported it and that evil manager did not care. So needless to say anymore HELL NO!!!! DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELFS.
The laundry rooms are horrilbe, as a matter of fact some NASTY PERSON keeps putting ---- IN THE WASHER....YEA BOO BOO, the nasty stUff that comes out you butt they put it in the washer and are still doing it from time to time. CAN YOU SAY GHETTO!!!

Oh and on top of all of that she splits the gas bill down the middle, so in 1 month you pay $24 and the next month it may be $140. Not to mention you freeze in the winter and burn in the summer because the units are old and she will not fix them. So if you have the balls go for it.

Don't let the outside fool you the inside is a DISATER!!!!!
