First off, don't let the cheap rent fool you. I got caught up into that trap and now I'll do anything to get out of it. Pest problems, most residents there are bumbs, drug dealers, potheads, etc...The apartment is horrible too. I don't even like going home to sleep there. It's like a bad dream. Just to let you know I'm no rich guy who has had the best or something all his life, but living here is depressing and outright horrible. If my TV isn't on I can hear these stupid *ssholes talking through my walls in the inside of the building on the 1st floor (I'm on the third floor). To make a long story short I'm outta here on the first things smoking.....but cheap rent will still lure some suckas to this place (like me). I rather struggle to pay 800/month somewhere else than stay here for 580.
