Do not live here. I would recommend that everyone agree to my hypothesis that good things are costly. And if one is willing to live hazardly and uncomfortably just to save a few dollars, he/she should give it a second thought. On the other hand if you like drugs, loud music, rude and wild kids, break ins, rats, leaks, extreme heat, leaking gas ovens( potential explosion)....... this is the place for you.
