Before I moVed to DC, I checked this website and refused to believe my Intership Director would put me in a place that was describe like this...but new folks please believe they are telling the truth...Quincy Manor is cheap but you have to put up with a lot...ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES, DRUGS,and major LOITERING!!

If your finances prevent you from doing better, settle...but SAVE YOUR MONEY TO MOVE.

It's not all that bad. Some people had bad apartments and some dont. I have been living there for 2 years and the drug dealing has stopped, the police drive through at least twice a day to protect the area and it okay. As far as the bug no problem i guess it depends on the area they place you. Overall it ok
