Quincy Manor is a good place to live. The management is awesome. Every now and then, a maintenance request may not get answered right away, but other than that whatever needs to be fixed, it will be fixed! This is going on my third year living here and I never had any mice or roaches, so all the people who wrote bad reviews for the complex need to take a closer look at themselves. Because if you keep a dirty house, you will get mice and roaches. And besides if you are constantly late on your rent and destructive to the property, why should management move on your behalf. And if you don't think that management know who is late on their rent or destructive,then that is why your living there is or was terrible! Ha Ha!

Question for you. How do you explain the mice that eat through the boards in the home and eat through the air conditioning partitions in my window? I also think you may be associated with the complex. Not a big surprise.
