This community is not fit for anyone to raise kids. Management does not enforce their no loitering policy. If you are willing to deal with ------ hanging around everywhere all day and alll night, then this is definitely the place for you. Living here has been an abosolute nightmare. The roaches are terrible. They don't die, they MUTIPLY. Do not be fooled by the reasonable rent. It is truely not worth it. Shop around beacause I can promise you this place will be a great disapointment.
