I moved into this complex Jan.2005 the first day there I noticed roaches everywhere. I called my uncle who used a stronger gel and also told me about the mice. It was a big whole underneath the kitchen sink and mice droppings under the stove pilots. This was a complete shock to me. My uncle helped with the roaches but the people above me was raoch infested so they went back in forth. I'm so glad they moved because it soon became under control. The problem I have was the shootings, twice I came home and seen yellow type outside my building even seen the dead body on the porch next to my building. With three kids it was time to move. I still reside in Landover/Hyattsville and notice that all the apartments in the area are roach infested and have a mice problem; unless they rebuild like they did with the new apartments on 75th avenue the problems will always be here.

I recently moved from that complex for the same reasons. I wish I would have checked this website prior to moving in
