This is an up and coming neighborhood and community. The Seville building is a little old, and needs additional renovations, but the owners at the Seville really care about their investment. I have owned my unit for a little over a year, and am happy with my investment. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The grounds are well kept and my unit was in move-in condition when I bought it. The community is full of young professionals who are dedicated to making positive changes. There were some problems with mismanagement years ago, but those have been resolved and now the building is mostly owner occupied as oppose to previous years when it was mostly renters. I love the Seville and I know that most of the unit owners feel the same.

I have rented a condo at the Seville for just over a year and i can't wait to move. Kids still run around at all hours, the stench of drugs can still be smelled in the hallway sometimes (and im asthmatic) and i still notice loitering, roaches and a rat!! I'm counting the weeks until i finally move out!
