University City is nothing more than a rip off. First when I moved in I was told that cable comes with the rest of the utilities. A few months later I ended up getting a bill and when I called Management they act as if they didn't know what the hell I was talking about. Also, before moving in was told the rent would be 800.00 for a year, another two months later, the rent changed to 880. The washing machines are very unpredictable, in other words, you can not predict when or if they would run or if they run, what type of residue will get on your clothes after washing. People hang out in the halls all types of day and night. I had bedbugs the size of a quarter and when I say I had to go to ER, I scratched so bad, the doctor had to prescribe me at least four different types of meds. To add to the misery, I had to wait four months after I moved in to finally get a working stove. The only reason I finally got a stove then was because I called and told Management they would not receive another dime from me if they didn't bring me a stove. The place is rodent infested. I HAD TO BREAK MY LEASE AND MOVE!
