Okay, University is not that bad, i'm guessing depending where on the property. I live near the hill and it's not bad at all. The building I'm in DOES NOT HAVE BEDBUGS. The staff is ok EXPECT for the assistant manger: Lillana or what ever her name is. She really need to be educating on Fair Housing Laws or go back to Leasing school. The SECURITY instead of making you feel safe the make you feel like a criminal. The ARE THE BULLYs of the complex.They sit in there cars and talk on their cell phones all night and when someting major happens they are the last to arrive. The harass and threaten resdents, guest or people just walking by. The maintance and grounds staff are the BEST.

You must live really high on the hill if the bedbugs and roaches can't reach you. So which is it? Do you like the place or not because you say both in your review. My guess is that you want to be nice and not truthful.
