Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
PLEASE, pay your rent on time. If your rent is paid after the 5th of the month, PLEASE ensure that it's paid prior to the court date because, if the landlord/owner takes you to court 3 times within one calendar year, he has the right to evict you and he will do this with absolute no afterthought. The owner is merciless.
