We started renting in the summer of 2004. We've had a really good experience.

The other tenants in our building our quiet which is a big plus. People always seem friendly when you pass them.

We rented without looking at the apartment first since we moved in from out-of-state. The apartment had all new carpet and fresh paint everywhere. The paint is fairly cheap and easily scratched/marked. Everything was clean though and in good working order. You can hear outside noise through the windows easily, but our electric bill has been very reasonable for the past 7 months.

The element went out in our oven and the maintenance staff only took 3 days to order a new one and install it. The heat pump was having problems in our apartment and they fixed it before we knew it was having problems.

We don't have any complaints. The living room and bedroom are large, but the kitchen and bathroom are fairly small in our one-bedroom unit. It's not a luxurious complex, but it's a good deal for the rent check.
