While the superficial aspects to the complex are perhaps average, the neighborhood is quiet, location is extremely convenient (to the freeways and major shopping), and staff are fantastic.

They are honest, responsive, and flexible to your needs, which I found to be unique among other complexes! Being a local and family-owned property, they're willing to work out finances, lease arrangements, decor changes, and work order requests per your wishes in a timely fashion!

In the end, my decision to move here wasn't based on the looks of the place, or how new it was...but rather on quality of life issues. I'm glad I came!
