I'll make this short and to the point.
Maintenance = slooowwwwwwwww
Staff = Old property manager fired for unknown reason, new property manager seems nice
Climate control = old heat pumps
Pests = none in my unit (second floor)*knock on wood*
water temp = stays hot long enough for me
Location = excellent, quiet, clean
Neighbors = can hear 'em through the walls but it's not too bad
Rent = expensive $1030
Safety = Excellent
Pets = not allowed :(
Parking = pretty good even when getting home late late.
