Pretty good office

I've lived here for six months and the office staff changed a couple of months ago with the new manager truly caring about the tenants' needs-old one was mediorce at best. Maintenance has greatly improved since the new manager arrived on scene, too. I think someone is now cracking a whip and maint now responds a lot quicker though don't always fix problems on the first try.
I've had a minor issue with little red ants in the kitchen and bathroom and the new manager took my complaint seriously and has done an intensive job getting rid of them in the entire building. I received a letter which called them "pharaoh ants" which are native to south america and actually live in the drains - thus why I'm seeing them in the kitchen and bath in and under the sinks. The whole building where I live was treated by a professional company who appeared to know what they were doing and I've only seen one live ant since then - I really hate anything that crawls, especially in the kitchen :( .
I live in a quiet wooded area looking at a small stream from my balcolny. Parking is easy where I live but seems a little congested on the other side of the complex. I used the swimming pool a lot last summer and the lifeguard was excellent and pretty easy on the eyes! :) :) :).
Snow plowing was not real good this week but I think the ice we got on top of the snow had a lot to do with the inadequate job of removal. My neighbors tell me that snow removal has always been much betting in the past and I'm wondering if there's a new company doing it-the new manager seemed to be trying to get something done about the bad job this week but everything had frozen solidly so I guess he do much-I do give him extra points for at least trying and for talking openly to me about the situation-just having the facts about a situation makes me understand the problem and be a little more understanding.
Overall, I think AW is a cool place to live-expecially when I see a deer out in the woods like I did this morning. Well worth the $$ I spend to live 5 min from work at Ft.Mead. I plan to stay a while -expecailly as long as the new manager keeps doing an excellent job.
