Too Expensive to Live Here!!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
The complex is clean, overall quiet and safe. However, there have been no improvements to my unit in the 5 years I've lived here. I'm told there is a major renovation about to happen which means you move out because you can't afford to stay. The apartments are ALL electric and the electric bills are so high you can't afford to eat and have any disposable imcome. Better off buying a condo or townhouse!!
