I have lived at Gateway since the summer. The apartments are pretty small. I have not had a problem with noisy neighbors though. The maintenace guys are OK by me, they fix what needs to be fixed but usually it takes them a couple of days or weeks. The parking lot is terribly icy, and you definatly will break something if you dont walk carefully. I think they could definatly do a better plow job. The rent is high for what your getting but I do feel safe. My lease is up in a couple of months and I am still not sure whether or not to renew my lease. Now as far as the property manager she seems to be OK with me. Would I recommend Gateway' Its kinda iffy, It really depends on what your looking for. BUT there have been some unexplained buckets hanging around the property for sometime now, I have no clue what they are there for'
