I've read some other reviews and I have to disagree with most of them. First of all, the management team is extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. I've even called maintenance once because I left a curling iron plugged in, they went to my apartment to unplug it for me! I've never had to wait for anything to be done, EVER. People that claim it's too expensive should not have moved in if they couldn't afford it. You get what you pay for and Gateway Village is worth EVERY CENT. People that don't like the area should move out of it. We're VERY close to both Columbia and Laurel but without having to live IN either town. My experience there has been wonderful, when my lease is up, I plan to renew.
