During the year that my husband and I lived in the Gateway Village Apartments we rarely found the office staff available. The office was always closed prior to the posted closing time. In fact when we went to turn in our keys to check out. We had to go to the office 3 times. On the third try at 4:15pm on a Monday (when the office is supposed to be open until 5) we finally had to leave the keys in the mail box and hope that we didn't get charged.
