We are going on our second year here at Gateway and I would have to say it has been a favorable experience. The maintenance staff is the BEST. Deborah at the office is wonderful. It is getting very expensive but that is just the area. The only bad thing is that there is no storage which makes it pretty tough for families. A bit of riff raff have moved in the in the last few months but thaey aren't too bothersome, yet. All in all I think it's a nice place to live.
