I couldn't wait to get out of this place! The buildings are not soundproof at all so I constantly hear the people next to me and above me. There is only one parking spot per apartment, even if you have a double master. Good luck finding parking! The NASTY, RUDE, IGNORANT ------- in the rental office are seriously NEVER there and when they are, they are busy eating at their desk and dropping food on people's paperwork. I called the corporate office about how terrible the staff was and nothing was done. There is a woman named Kesha Warrick who is supposed to be the regional manager, but she is even worse than the idiots in the rental office. She takes unprofessional to epic levels. If you look around, half of the apartments are unrented now because people know they can drive 2 miles up the street and rent way nicer places for less money.

Another thing about Gateway Village is there are a lot of kids running wild in the neighborhood. Parents just set them loose and they bang their bikes into cars, they bounce balls off of people's windows and the parents don't do anything about it.

All in all, living in Gateway Village was a pretty bad experience and anyone who thinks of living there better be prepared to be treated like TOTAL ---- by the IGNORANT ------- in the rental and corporate offices. By the way, I am not a disgruntled ex-renter, I am trying to help you avoid the mistake I made when I signed that lease. I wish someone had warned me before I moved into that dump.
