Nice place to live, great location We've lived here for 2 years now, and really like it. At times there were loud neighbors...but the manager is really on top of things and took care of it. It's all by itself at the bottom of a road with townhomes. 5 minutes and you're on 32

Nice place I moved to this community from DC in May. I have had one major problem and that was the pipes in the bathroom were linking and caused a flood in my bedroom. And I have a neighbor who bangs on the ceiling when you walk, I guess to hard or when she thinks the TV is too loud.

It's Not Bad I think Bridget is the nicest lady in the rental office and the maintenance guys are GREAT! The thing I dislike is the fact that the hallways aren't cleaned on a regular basis and I HATE the parking, but everything else is nice.
