A GREAT PLACE I have been living here for about 4 months and experience has been AWESOME... The management team and office personnel are always friendly, polite and extremely helpful. I have had one maintenance request since I been here and the problem was fixed within hours of the same day.

Home I love these apartments. After searching all the apts for almost a year in Columbia we found these and fell at love at 1st sight. No noise. Good upkeep of the property, and a great property manager that cares about the reputation of these apartments. Good job guys!!!

EXCELLENT, LOVE IT! Been living here for 1 year and 6 months and I LOVE IT! Nice clean community. No thru traffic and its Savage/Jessup best kept secret. The staff is excellent. I live in the 2 bedroom family room 1.5 bath and it is bigger than the average 3 bedroom.

Nice place to live, great location We've lived here for 2 years now, and really like it. At times there were loud neighbors...but the manager is really on top of things and took care of it. It's all by itself at the bottom of a road with townhomes. 5 minutes and you're on 32

Nice place I moved to this community from DC in May. I have had one major problem and that was the pipes in the bathroom were linking and caused a flood in my bedroom. And I have a neighbor who bangs on the ceiling when you walk, I guess to hard or when she thinks the TV is too loud.
