Its a good place for cheap rent but you get what you pay for. The people above me walk so hard you can here them walking through the apartment no matter what time of day and the ceiling creaks like crazy. The management staff is really friendly, and all the maintenance guys are nice too. I think the parking permit is annoying ( i dont like the ugly brown sticker you have to put on your window) but there is a point to it. And the guy that walks to check, he is really nice but dont be fooled..he can recite your plate by heart and you 'll be like huh...what'!! Other than that the neighborhood is quiet. Its a nice place to live, in the heart of joppatowne.
