I have lived at Harborside Village for almost one year now. Having never lived in an apartment before, I was anxious about how it would be.

I have a waterview apartment - awesome view! You can not beat the price of rent, especially if you look in Baltimore County. You can not find what Harborside offers - two bath, washer/dryer in unit, first floor storage and large deck for this price anywhere in the county - especially with the view.

My building is quiet. I will say that being on the second floor, I can hear my neighbors walking around a lot. I am not sure if it is poor sound proofing or not. Otherwise - it's a quiet building.

The pool is beautiful and faces the water. Feels like you are on vacation when you are there.

The apartment was freshly painted and in immaculate condition when I moved in. What a plus!

I have had some maintenance issues, however, they were generally resolved very quickly. Their staff is polite, pleasant and caring.

I would suggest this complex to anyone.
