I have live in Towne Plaza for about a year. I have never lived in a community where as an adult I felt like such a child. The office staff, particularly Robin makes you feel that you are a two year old child being told what to do, when to do it and how, and you constantly have to walk on egg shells around the complex because she has her "eyes" or should I say spys all over the neighborhood. Once Robin has decided that she doesn't like you she will find every single opportunity to have you evicted and her letters and phone calls are harrassing, and if you then call to complain about something, nothing is ever done about it. I agree with the earlier posters that she needs to take a class in people skills or get a new job, because she is totally horrible at the job she is doing and should be fired!!!!

I do not want anyone to feel as if they have to walk on eggshells and we do listen to our residents concerns. We do have rules and regulations and if you feel we are being mean, maybe it is because you violated one of the lease rules and regulations. We cannot let residents get away with disturbing the comforts of living of others. I think you need to try talking to the manager (Robin) about your feelings and I know we can work out any issues that you may have.

LOL, Robin is still there huh? So glad I no longer have to live in that dump.
